Fake fur fabric
A plush fabric that looks like an animal's fur. Villi are divided into two layers, the outer layer is light and thick straight bristles, the inner layer is fine and soft short fiber.
Artificial fur is commonly used with coats, clothing linings, hats, collars, toys, mattresses, interior decorations, and carpets.
The manufacturing methods include knitting (weft knitting, warp knitting, stitching) and weaving. The knitting weft knitting method is the fastest growing and the most widely used. When knitting, the combing mechanism disperses the tops into a single fiber shape. After the knitting needle picks up the fibers, it is put into the bottom yarn and woven into a loop. Since the pile is in a "V" shape in the coil, the knitted bottom fabric is shaped and does not cause hair loss.
Artificially made imitation beast fur. Acrylic, modified acrylic, and vinyl can be used as artificial fur raw materials, and nitrile-polyacrylonitrile is more suitable.
Villi are divided into two layers: the outer layers are 17~34dtex, and the multi-purpose irregular shapes such as kidney shape, dumbbell shape, polygon shape and other irregular shape fibers have bright and thick straight bristles. The fineness of the inner layer of short pile fibers is 1.7 to 5.6 dtex.
The manufacturing methods include knitting, woven and tufted fur. Artificial fur used to manufacture coats, clothing linings and decorations. Although the artificial fur warmth is not as good as real fur, but it is soft and beautiful, it can be made into a beautiful pattern of imitation animal hair, and can be dry-cleaned and flame-proof.
