Faux fur fabric
A plush fabric resembling animal fur.The nap is divided into two layers, the outer layer is bright thick straight bristles, the inner layer is fine soft short velvet.
Fakes are commonly used for overcoats, garment linings, hats, collars, toys, cushions, upholstery and carpets.
The manufacturing methods include knitting (weft knitting, warp knitting and knitting) and machine knitting. The knitting method is the fastest developing and most widely used. When knitting, the carding mechanism disperses the wool into a single fiber, and the knitting needle grabs the fiber and puts it into the bottom yarn to weave a ring. Since the wool is in the "V" shape in the coil, it is shaped with the knitting bottom cloth, so the wool will not fall off.
