The development of the faux fur in China
Before the reform and opening up, the artificial fur industry was mainly concentrated in South Korea, the United States, Italy and other textile powers. In the early 1980s, a number of excellent Korean artificial fur companies began to invest and build factories in China's coast, mainly in Shandong. In the early 1990s, private entrepreneurs in Zhejiang were involved in the artificial fur industry, mainly in Cixi in Ningbo and Jiashan in Jiaxing. Cixi has become the world's largest artificial fur production base, and more than 200 artificial fur companies have grown, with production accounting for about 70% of the country and about 60% of the world.
